01Agreement & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member" or "you") and W 666 ("W 666", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the W 666 website at w666.life, including all sports betting markets, casino games, card games, fishing games, payment services and promotional programmes available on the platform.

W 666 is an online gaming and sports betting platform designed and operated for users in Pakistan. The platform is accessible to Pakistani residents who meet the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms. By registering a W 666 account you confirm that you are accessing the platform voluntarily, that you understand the nature of online betting and gaming, and that you accept full responsibility for all activity conducted from your account.

These Terms should be read together with the W 666 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and W 666. In any area of conflict between these Terms and any promotional material, these Terms take precedence.

02Account Registration

To place bets, play games or make deposits at W 666, you must register a personal account. Registration is open to individuals who meet all eligibility requirements listed in these Terms. The following rules apply to all W 666 accounts:

• Each individual may hold only one W 666 account. Multiple accounts registered by the same person — whether under different names, email addresses, mobile numbers or payment methods — are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration, including your real full name, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth and payment method details. W 666 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify this information at any time.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your W 666 account login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person. W 666 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
• Accounts registered using false identities, stolen mobile numbers or fraudulent payment methods will be permanently suspended, and any balance in such accounts will be forfeited.
• W 666 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason.

03Age Verification

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use a W 666 account. By completing the registration process, you confirm that you are 18 or over. W 666 takes underage gambling extremely seriously and operates a strict age verification process.

At any point following registration, W 666 may request identity documents to confirm your age. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or any other government-issued identity document showing your date of birth. Until verification is complete, W 666 may place restrictions on your account, including suspension of withdrawal requests.

Any W 666 account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be permanently closed immediately. Any funds deposited by a minor will be returned to the deposit source after deduction of any bonuses received, and any winnings generated by a minor will be forfeited in full. W 666 will cooperate fully with any regulatory or legal process arising from underage gambling incidents.

04Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on the W 666 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). W 666 does not charge platform fees on deposits. The following payment methods are accepted:

Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — payments made from an account belonging to another person — are not accepted at W 666. If a third-party deposit is identified, the funds will be returned to the source and the transaction will be declined.

W 666 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on large or unusual deposit activity. During any such review, deposits may be held temporarily pending clearance. Members will be notified through their registered mobile number if this occurs.

05Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your W 666 account are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no platform fee on standard withdrawal requests.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This anti-money-laundering requirement ensures funds travel back through the same channel they arrived from.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 15–36 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash. IBFT bank transfers may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• W 666 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request where the account has not yet been fully verified, or where the withdrawal amount exceeds Rs 50,000 in a single transaction.
• Any winnings generated from bonus credits are subject to the applicable playthrough requirement before they may be withdrawn. The specific playthrough conditions are stated in the relevant bonus terms at the time the bonus is credited.
• W 666 may delay or decline withdrawal requests where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or violation of these Terms pending investigation.

06Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on the W 666 platform, including cricket, PSL and all other sports markets:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked and cannot be changed by either party regardless of subsequent market movements.
• W 666 reserves the right to limit stake amounts on any market or for any account at its discretion. Maximum payout limits apply per market type and are displayed within the betting interface.
• If a match is abandoned before any balls are bowled, all pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned. If a match reaches the minimum qualifying number of overs and a result is declared via the DLS method, bets are settled on the official result.
• Live in-play bets accepted after a decisive event (such as a wicket or boundary) has occurred but before odds have updated due to technical latency will be voided. W 666 monitors live event feeds and reserves the right to void any bet that was clearly accepted in error.
• Obvious pricing errors — where a W 666 odds line is clearly incorrect due to a technical fault — do not constitute a valid bet. W 666 reserves the right to void bets placed on manifest errors without prior notice.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your main W 666 account balance immediately after the relevant market is settled. Settlement follows official match results as declared by the governing body.

07Casino & Games

All casino games, card games and fishing arcade titles available on W 666 use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. The RNG systems used by W 666 are certified to meet industry standards for randomness and fairness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available within the game information panel for each title.

Live dealer games at W 666 are streamed in real time from professional studio environments. Live game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment (cards, roulette wheels) and are not subject to RNG software. The same fair play obligations apply to live dealer games — any disruption to a live game resulting in an incomplete round will result in that round being voided and stakes returned.

W 666 reserves the right to suspend or remove any game title from the platform at any time. Where possible, advance notice will be given. Any unsettled bets at the time of a game suspension will be voided and stakes returned.

08Bonuses & Promotions

W 666 offers a range of bonuses and promotional rewards to both new and existing members. The following general conditions apply to all W 666 bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• All bonus credits are subject to a minimum 1x playthrough requirement. This means you must place bets equal in total to the bonus amount at least once before any winnings generated from bonus credits become eligible for withdrawal.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from bonus bets, once the playthrough requirement is met, are transferred to your main withdrawable balance.
• Bonuses may not be combined with other active bonuses unless the specific promotion terms explicitly permit stacking. Using multiple bonuses simultaneously without authorisation may result in bonus cancellation.
• W 666 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Changes to active bonuses already credited to member accounts will be communicated via the registered mobile number.
• Attempting to exploit promotional offers through multiple accounts, coordinated wagering or any other form of bonus abuse will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all bonus and real-money balances under review.

09Referral Programme

The W 666 Refer a Friend programme allows existing members to earn bonus credits by successfully referring new users to the platform. The following rules apply specifically to the referral programme:

• A referral is considered successful when: (a) the referred person registers a new W 666 account using your unique referral link; (b) the referred person makes a first deposit of at least Rs 500; and (c) the referred person places at least one qualifying bet.
• The referred person must be a genuinely new user with no prior W 666 account. Self-referrals — where you attempt to earn a referral bonus by registering a second account yourself — are strictly prohibited and constitute a violation of these Terms.
• Referral bonuses are subject to the same 1x playthrough conditions as all W 666 bonuses.
• W 666 reserves the right to review and disqualify any referral suspected of being made in bad faith, including referrals from the same household, IP address or device as the referring member.
• Tier upgrades within the referral programme (Starter, Pro, Elite, Legend) are calculated on cumulative successful referrals from the date of programme participation and are applied automatically when thresholds are crossed.

10Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the W 666 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one W 666 account under any name or identity.
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information during registration or any subsequent identity verification process.
• Using the W 666 platform for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to manipulate game or betting outcomes through hacking, software exploitation, collusion or any other fraudulent method.
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to place bets or interact with W 666 systems without express written permission.
• Engaging in coordinated bonus abuse, including arbitrage strategies designed to extract guaranteed value from promotional offers without genuine risk.
• Sharing, selling or transferring your W 666 account or login credentials to any third party.
• Using the W 666 platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is expressly prohibited under local law, where you know such a prohibition applies to you.

11Responsible Gaming

W 666 is genuinely committed to responsible gaming. We believe that betting should be an enjoyable, controlled activity — not a source of financial distress or personal harm. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all W 666 members at no charge:

12Account Suspension & Closure

W 666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including but not limited to identity fraud, payment fraud or bonus abuse.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity exceeding 180 consecutive days. In this case W 666 will make reasonable attempts to contact you before applying a dormancy fee of Rs 200 per month to cover maintenance costs, once the account balance falls below a threshold of Rs 1,000. Accounts with a zero balance will be closed after 365 days of inactivity.
• At your own request, where you choose to close your account voluntarily.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, W 666 is not obligated to return any promotional bonus balance. Verified real-money deposits that are not subject to open investigation may be returned at W 666's discretion following a review period.

13Limitation of Liability

W 666 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is reliable, fast and accurate, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, particularly during periods of high traffic such as PSL finals and major international cricket matches.

W 666 shall not be liable for any losses you incur as a result of: platform downtime or technical errors outside our reasonable control; delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers; loss of data due to circumstances beyond our control; or decisions made based on information displayed on the W 666 platform that subsequently proves inaccurate due to a data feed error.

In all cases, W 666's maximum liability to any individual member in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the incident. W 666 is not liable for indirect, consequential or speculative losses under any circumstances.

14Privacy & Data Protection

W 666 collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering a W 666 account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

W 666 collects only the data necessary to operate the platform, verify your identity, process payments and comply with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third-party advertisers. Data is stored on encrypted, access-controlled servers and is retained only for as long as required by applicable law or legitimate operational need.

15Amendments to These Terms

W 666 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect your rights or obligations as a W 666 member — we will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by sending an alert to your registered mobile number and displaying a notice on the W 666 platform.

For minor amendments (such as clarifications or correction of typographical errors), changes may take effect immediately upon publication on the W 666 website without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision date.

Continued use of the W 666 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the W 666 platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
